Lead a football fiesta in three real-world cities
As COPA CITY is an event management game, it doesn't follow a fixed storyline. Instead, the story develops based on your decisions as an organizer. Starting in Warsaw, Poland, it allows you to expand to two additional cities, each with its own distinct features and challenges. You get to choose two of six licensed football clubs, such as Arsenal FC, FC Bayern München, and Clube de Regatas do Flamengo, to bring to your city.
In this game, every choice can affect the city's atmosphere and mood while creating a unique story where your management skills directly influence the excitement and challenges of each football event. As a player, your tasks involve setting up fan zones and building temporary facilities like food courts throughout the city. Each decision must balance enhancing the fan experience with maintaining the city's everyday operations.
It offers three gameplay modes: Campaign Mode, Challenge Mode, and Single Match Mode. Campaign Mode lets players build their skills by organizing increasingly complex matches. While Challenge Mode is perfect for quick gaming sessions, providing short, intense scenarios. Meanwhile, the Single Match Mode offers complete control over match settings. However, as it's a story-driven game, it doesn’t have a character development feature. It is not ideal for players seeking purely character-driven games.
